Price per week: US$675.  Bookings are in increments of one week from the beginning of June until around the end of September.

Pets are welcome, but will result in an additional charge of US$100 per week to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs.  (Even though you are responsible for cleaning, getting rid of animal hair usually requires a bit of effort after you leave.)

A deposit of US$300 is required for any booking, and bookings will not be confirmed until your payment has been received and your check has cleared.  Full payment must be made for the full rental period at least one month in advance of your arrival, and can be made by check or money order.  Arrangements for keys and logistics will be worked out after your payment is received.  All bookings made less than 30 days prior to the rental period must be accompanied by the total rental amount including the security deposit.  Deposits will be refunded in full if a cancellation is made by the guest more than one month in advance of their scheduled arrival.  After that, however, no deposit refund will be issued.

No refunds will be given on account of bad weather or early departure, and we accept no liability for any damage to you or your personal property.  In other words, while we wish nothing but health and happiness for our guests, we will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that might happen to them during their visit to Perrault Lake.  Any non-trivial damage caused in the cabin or on the property will be charged to the guest who made the booking.  The deposit will be returned to the guest 40 days after their departure, and minor costs arising from damage or cleaning will be deducted from this amount.

If unforeseen circumstances result in the cottage not being available, a full refund will be paid to the guest.  No further compensation will be made.

Cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is the responsibility of the renters to leave the cottage and BBQ thoroughly clean and tidy before departure. This means that a thorough cleaning must be done by you and/or your party prior to leaving.  A cottage cleaning check list is provided with all rentals.  Deductions from your security deposit will result if the above is not adhered to.

We'll leave a clean set of bed linens on the beds prior to your arrival, but you put them on the beds.  You also provide your own bath towels.  We'll also take away all bagged garbage that you leave for us.

Weekly rentals begin at 4 p.m. on the first Saturday, and end at 11 a.m. on the following Saturday.

The person making the booking must be at least 25 years old, although younger guests are welcome if they are accompanying the person making the booking.  No more than six guests can stay for any booking unless explicitly discussed and  noted in our rental agreement.  In light of the fact that this is a private rental rather than a full-blown commercial venture, we reserve the right to decline rental offers for any reason.
